Payment
We are upgrading our website currently so we can only accept PayNow option at this moment. Please WhatsApp us at +65 8849 2365 on your orders and we will advise on the payment.
Delivery fee
There is a standard delivery surcharge of S$10 for every order made. We apologise that we are unable to deliver to Jurong Island, Sentosa, any offshore of main island at this moment.
Delivery time
All orders will be delivered within 3 working days. Once an order has been placed, we will contact you to schedule the earliest possibly delivery slot. Should you not hear from us within 1 working day, kindly reach us at our WhatsApp business number at +65 8849 2365 or email to admin@winefarm.sg.
Standard delivery time is between 9am and 6pm (Monday to Friday). There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Delivery and Receipt of Goods
We value your support and want to make sure your orders get to you safely and correctly.
Please ensure that an authorised representative will be present during delivery as re-deliveries will be subject to additional charges. A signature is required upon delivery to acknowledge that all orders made it to the right place.
Re-delivery
Kindly provide accurate, correct and full address details for delivery. Missing or inaccurate details result in re-delivery* and delays.
*Re-deliveries come with an additional S$25 fee.

Remember to call in advance and bring your order confirmation for quick processing. No delivery charges when opt for self-collection.
Exchange and returns
There is strictly no refund and exchange of item.
Customers are advised to, and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods upon delivery. Any wrong items, damages or incorrect quantities should be reported to Wine & Farm Pte Ltd, within two (2) days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Wines
Proper storage of wines is crucial to the quality of wines. While all our wines are permanently stored in a professional environment safe from direct sunlight, the possibility still exists for wines to be corked/oxidized or tainted.
For wine faults, we will, at our discretion consider a refund or replacement, where the wine is deemed undrinkable in quality, subject to the following criteria:
• Item must be returned to us within 20 days from date of purchase,
• An open bottle must be three-fourths (3/4) full,
• Evaluation by our staff or a certified sommelier
Recommended storage conditions
• 18 degree Celsius
• 60-75% humidity
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should you suspect that your wine is not up to standard, let us know right away.
